We are happy to announce we have rolled our 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Emergency Support for our clients. We are carrying extra labor costs but as we have grown into the commercial space with higher-end security and fire systems, we felt we needed to step up our game.
With our operations software, we are able to process calls, manage tech schedules, and process works flow from the office or anywhere. We are a cloud technology company and use cloud technology to leverage and provide our clients world-class service from a local, smallish company. That’s what we call ‘the best of both worlds’
Our normal office hours are 8:30a-5:30p, M-F. If our clients need after-hours service, they just need to call our main number and hit extension 8. Our goal is to answer the call immediately or at least within 1 hr and respond on-site to or local security service area of the Indianapolis Metro area within 4 hours which include: Carmel, Fishers, Geist, Greenfield, Anderson, Muncie, New Palestine, Greenwood, Franklin, Mooresville, Plainfield, Avon, Brownsburg, Zionsville, and Westfield.
We offer our clients 15 minutes of service for free as a courtesy. With our Platinum Service Plan, our 24/7 gold repair plan is included. If not, we charge 1.5 or 2.0 our standard rates.
Often times, a truck roll isn’t necessary as most of our systems are cloud-based. This facilitates and makes possible robust remote service and diagnostics but it’s there when they need it.
