It’s official, OnGuard / Ranger have merged and are expanding!

OnGuard Security Solutions, glad to announce we have merged with VladSat dba Ranger of Indiana. Ranger is an authorized subcontractor for Stanley Security / Securitas. Ranger also specializes in multi-family projects and general security / camera jobs.

Kirk will oversee Sales / Marketing and Vladimir will be large and in charge of running Technical Operations. Shawn shall control and account for the Finances / Administration duties. OnGuard is ready for tracking exponential and unprecedented growth with Michael Bourdeau as Operations Managing Leader. Our solid back office support, including Scott Kramer’s eight years of dedicated service and other seasoned office professionals, propels us forward with confidence.

The new entity which owns both Ranger, OnGuard and Shawn’s SMDD name is Kaizen Venture Solutions (KVS). It has named after K-irk, V-lad and S-hawn.
